Project Management

AGEMASPARK has over the years developed a repartition for designing automation solutions for many areas of industry. With our association with EUROSPARK and the likes of HARDINGE machine tools and 600 Centre we have several automation projects operational in various parts of the country.

We have 2 cells with ABB 6 axis robots working in the automotive industry; several in-process CNC controlled steadies on lathes for the glass industry. De-moulding robots and second operation fixturing for the plastic injection moulders. Lights out automation for turned parts.
All these where project managed by Agemaspark bringing together outside contractors and software control experts to integrate the whole operation from design to run off trials and final acceptance on site.
We would produce all the manuals and create a training matrix and implementation of operator training.

We are currently completing the final stages of a ¾ million pound 2-year project with Hardinge machine tools for CORUS STEEL in Scunthorpe. Agemaspark designed and built a 3 cell fully automated system for the machining of their test house Charpy test pieces which included the design of a bespoke soft ware package to control the total tracking of the component and identification process of the test piece.

Because we can offer a total solution to your operational needs and the backup of our experience in the manufacturing of component parts this enables us to give a positive response to requests for conceptual solutions.

We have just finished a exercise with the CECA on the advanced manufacturing park in Sheffield where we designed a automated bending fixture the was put through there 3D reality suite to enable my customer to see I real time and experience the part in operation before placing the order. This exercise we wish to extend to larger projects in the future because we believe it will help to design a better product and allow the end user to see the fulfilment of there project in real space before any thing is produced.
