Agemaspark has a number of integrated design and manufacturing software packages. SolidWorks provides advanced part modelling and configuration management for both parts and assemblies. Its powerful data translation surfacing and modelling tools enable us to obtain and refine designs from our customers.
Realistic animations allow us to establish how products will look and perform at the outset of the development cycle.
The e-drawings produced are emailed to the customer for approval and this allows the them to look at the design and as the customer does not need the software to access the 3D simulation, they can manipulate the model and allows them to interact with the design.
Our ability to accept and reuse design data from other cad systems ensures ideas; concepts and designs are converted to real parts quickly and accurately, resulting in shorter lead times and a competitive price structure.
Sophisticated CMM is used to ensure the final product meets all requirements. All supporting documentation can be supplied to industry standards or individual customer requirements.
