The oil industry has been part of our operation for the last 2 years where we have gained a lot of experience in machining the likes of Inconel 718 and the stainless steels used throughout the industry.
The most challenging thing with this type of work is the size of some of the components and the requests some times require you to think out of the box to achieve the results they require, but we have had to cope with parts over 7 meters in length and spark erode key ways inside the ends 30 to 40 cm down.
Removing broken taps or finish small deep holes where conventional methods failed are a common request.
