Power Generation Products

We have worked for Alstom Power for over 7 years starting at Eurospark in Leicester and transferring to Agemaspark when we moved it to Doncaster. We have been involved in the instrumentation of the test rig engine parts, where we put the small 1 mm dia holes and subterranean slot for thermocouples and pressure sensors. Again we also helped in machining complete parts for the test engines from exotic materials such as Hastaloys and Inconel.

We have also been helpful with spark eroding threads into these materials when conventional machining process has failed. We are currently involved with Alstom at rugby producing instrumentation for their latest turbines were we are required to produce the final 1mm hole for the instruments in the turbine blades.
